with a Modern Enterprise Digital Platform

Dubai CommerCity operates at the intersection of eCommerce, logistics, and international trade, serving global businesses through a specialized free-zone ecosystem. Their existing website, built on outdated technology, could no longer support evolving digital needs, operational efficiency, or future growth requirements.


The platform had limitations in managing content, connecting with other systems, and providing good user experiences—making it difficult to share timely information, manage workflows efficiently, or engage effectively with stakeholders. They needed complete modernization, not just minor improvements, aligned with enterprise and government digital standards.


Techies Infotech was engaged to lead the complete redevelopment of the Dubai CommerCity website. The project involved moving from the old platform to Liferay DXP 7.4, redesigning the entire user experience, using Liferay's built-in features, and connecting the platform with internal systems and external CRM solutions. The result is a secure, scalable, and easily manageable digital platform that supports DCC's strategic vision and operational excellence.
